Automatic Bill Payment

Automatic Bill Payment (ABP) is an easy, convenient, secure way to pay your AT&T bill. ABP electronically transfers funds from your checking or credit card account to pay your AT&T bill; no more writing checks, buying stamps, or forgetting your payment. There is no additional charge from AT&T for this service. To enroll using checking account, you must have an Internet browser that supports the 128-bit encryption security standard.

AT&T View-N-Pay®

AT&T View-N-Pay® offers extra control over your payments. Simply log in to your online account each month at the AT&T Customer Center to view your bill and authorize payment by personal checking account. (To use a credit card, choose the Automatic Bill Payment option above. To enroll using checking account, you must have an Internet browser that supports the 128-bit encryption security standard.) You will receive a reminder e-mail prior to your due date. Please allow up to 5 days for your payment to post to your account. There is no charge for this service and it is available only to AT&T Online Billed customers.

One Time Payment

Need to make your payment? Run out of checks? Can't find a stamp? Don't worry, you can always pay your AT&T bill online at the AT&T Customer Center. This option allows you to make a payment online using your checking or credit card account while still receiving a paper bill. There is no charge from AT&T for this service and all credit card information is completely confidential and secure. This payment option is available only to AT&T Paper Billed customers.

Would you like to Pay Now? Log in to your online account using your User ID and Password or set up a new online account by selecting Register Now. Then, select the PayBill tab at the top of your online bill and follow the instructions to make your payment.

Through the Mail

To pay your AT&T bill by mail, simply include your check or money order with the payment slip and return in the envelope provided. If you misplace the payment slip, please send your payment to:

Be sure to include your account number on your check or money order. Your payment will post to your account within 7 - 10 business days. Pay by mail is available only to AT&T Paper Billed customers.

Over the Phone

You can use your credit card or checking account to pay your AT&T bill by phone using our automated system. To pay your bill by phone, please call 1-800-222-0300. Select Billing and follow the instructions To pay your bill by check or credit card from our touch tone menu. Pay by phone is available to AT&T Paper Billed customers at no additional charge from AT&T.

In Person

If you prefer to make your payment in person, then In Person Payment is the option for you. AT&T authorized payment agents are available in most areas and are able to accept payment by cash, check, or money order. Payments made to authorized payment agents will post to your account on the next business day if received prior to 7 p.m. local time, or within 2 business days if received after 7 p.m. local time. You must present your payment slip, included in your billing, to the payment agent at the time of payment. You should also retain your receipt for future reference.

Please note that In Person Payment agents charge a Consumer Convenience Fee of up to $1 for this service. This payment option is available only to AT&T Paper Billed customers. To determine your nearest authorized In Person Payment agent, please call 1-800-222-0300.

Checking Account

Run out of checks? Can't find a stamp? You can still use your checking account to pay your AT&T bill online at the AT&T Customer Center or by telephone using our automated system. All you have to do is provide your bank's routing number and your account number. This information is located at the bottom of your checks. The transaction will be processed and will appear on your bank statement as an Electronic Funds Transfer. You do not have to provide a check number or void a check. Bank account information is confidential and your transaction is secure. There is no charge from AT&T for this service and is available to AT&T Online Billed and AT&T Paper Billed customers. To pay your bill online from your personal checking account, you must have an Internet browser that supports the 128-bit encryption security standard.

Credit Card

Using your credit card to pay your AT&T bill couldn't be easier. You can use your credit card to make a payment online at the AT&T Customer Center or by phone. Just provide your credit card number and expiration date to our automated service via phone or using our secured server online. Credit card information is confidential and your transaction is secure. There is no charge from AT&T for this service and is available to AT&T Online Billed and AT&T Paper Billed customers.

We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® Network and American Express® credit cards for payment. Additionally, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo are accepted.

Other Checks/Money Orders

AT&T accepts personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders for payment of your AT&T bill when you choose the Pay by Mail or the In Person Payment options. Simply enclose your check or money order made payable to AT&T with your payment slip. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your payment to post to your account. This payment method is available to AT&T Paper Billed customers.
