How do I change my AT&T Customer Center password?

For your protection and convenience, you can change your password at any time. Log In with your current User ID and Password, then select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Look under Password Options on this page to change your password.

How do I change my AT&T Online Billing payment option?

It's easy to switch between Automatic Bill Payment and AT&T View-N-Pay®. Select Your Account Settings from the top navigation, then click the Payment tab. In the Payment Option section, click to change your payment option.

If you switch from Automatic Bill Payment to AT&T View-N-Pay®, there may be a delay of up to a full billing cycle before you can begin paying your online bill manually. Until then, automatic payments will continue to be charged to your checking account or credit card. (To pay with a credit card, you must select the Automatic Billing Payment option.) You will receive e-mail notification when your online bill is available for payment.

If you switch from AT&T View-N-Pay® to Automatic Bill Payment, there may be a delay of up to a full billing cycle before automatic payments begin. When you request the switch you will be asked to pay any outstanding balance and be provided with a link to "Pay Now".

For checking account, you must have an Internet browser that supports the 128-bit encryption security standard.

How do I update my payment method?

You can change or update your checking account or credit card payment information at any time. Select Your Account Settings from the top navigation, then click the Payment tab. Follow the instructions under Payment Method to update your payment information. Changes can take up to 72 hours to process.

How do I change my contact e-mail address?

To have your AT&T bill notification, news, and special offers sent to a different e-mail address, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation, then click the E-mail tab. To change your contact e-mail address, type over it with your new e-mail address, then click Submit to complete the change.

How do I request information on special offers and new product updates?

From time to time, AT&T sends e-mail notices about new products and special offers. If you're interested in receiving these e-mails, it's easy to sign up. Just select Your Account Settings from the top navigation, then click the E-mail tab. Click the checkbox for Please e-mail me about special offers from AT&T and select Submit to complete the change.

How do I change the greeting I get when I log in to the AT&T Customer Center?

We want you to feel welcome when you log in to the Customer Center. To change your custom greeting, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Then type your new greeting over your old one in the box next to Current Greeting. When you are finished, click Submit to complete the change.

How do I change the page I go to when I log in to the AT&T Customer Center?

To change the page you are taken to after you log in, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Then, under Preferences, you can select Your Account Summary or View Bill as your new welcome page. When you are finished, click Submit to complete the change. The next time you log in to the Customer Center, you will be taken to the selected page.

How do I change my AT&T Customer Center Security Question?

Select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Under Password Options, select the Security Question drop-down menu to choose your new question from the list provided. You also have the option to enter your own question.

How do I view and update any additional e-mail addresses that AT&T may have on file for me?

To view and update additional e-mail addresses that we may have on file for you, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation, then click the E-mail tab. Your primary e-mail address appears on this page. Then select Update additional e-mail addresses that I have on file with AT&T. An easy-to-use chart will appear that allows you to view and update any additional e-mail addresses that we have on file for you.

How do I update my address?

To change your address, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation, then click the Address tab. Follow the instructions to update your billing address, service address or credit card billing address.
