Your deposit and interest will be automatically refunded to your account within 2 bill cycles after the 1 year date has passed.

If I am no longer an AT&T customer and paid a Deposit to get Local / LD service and it has not been 1 year, how do I get the Deposit refunded?

Your deposit will be refunded within 90 days once your final bill has been sent.

What if the 90 days or 1 year have expired and I have not received my Deposit?

To request a refund of your Deposit, you will need to copy the front and back of the check / money order and mail it along with your name, full address and telephone number to AT&T CMC, P. O. Box 57907, Murray, UT 84157-0907, Attn: Claims.
