The credit balance will be applied to your next bill or bills until the amount reaches 0.

To request a refund, copy both sides of the check, money order, receipt or bank statement and mail to AT&T CMC, P. O. Box 721440, Norman, OK, 73070, Attn: Claims.
If I paid a Deposit to get Local / LD service and it has been 1 year, how do I get the Deposit refunded?
Your deposit and interest will be automatically refunded to your account within 2 bill cycles after the 1 year date has passed.
If I am no longer an AT&T customer and paid a Deposit to get Local / LD service and it has not been 1 year, how do I get the Deposit refunded?
Your deposit will be refunded within 90 days once your final bill has been sent.
