What is the difference between AT&T VoiceMail and VoiceMail Plus?

The AT&T VoiceMail Service, both English and Spanish, includes:

  • Greeting Length – 1 minute
  • Message Length – 4 minutes
  • 40-message capacity
  • New/saved messages stored for 30 days
  • Personal or Standard Greeting Messages
  • Toll Free VoiceMail Access Number
  • Message sending and forwarding to other AT&T VoiceMail or VoiceMail Plus subscribers
  • Ability to manage AT&T VoiceMail online

The AT&T VoiceMail Plus Service, both English and Spanish, includes:

  • Greeting Length – 2 minutes
  • Message Length – 5 Minutes
  • 60-message capacity
  • New/saved messages stored for 40 days
  • Personal or Standard Greeting Messages
  • Toll Free VoiceMail Access Number
  • Message notification via pager
  • Special Delivery Options for Sending & Forwarding Messages
  • Ability to create and send messages to Group Lists
  • 3 extension mailboxes (4 total)
  • Ability to manage AT&T VoiceMail online

You can order AT&T VoiceMail Service online! All you need is your Customer Center ID and Password or you can set up an online account.

How do I know if I have a voicemail message waiting?

AT&T VoiceMail Service offers a number of ways to alert you when a message is waiting. You can choose from interrupted tone or Stutter Tone or Email Notification.

Can I temporarily deactivate my AT&T VoiceMail Service without losing it?

No. Once AT&T VoiceMail Service is active on your account, there is no way to deactivate it without removing the voicemail service entirely.
