How do I change my AT&T Customer Center password?

For your protection and convenience, you can change your password at any time. Log In with your current User ID and Password, then select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Look under Password Options on this page to change your password.

How do I set up an online account?

Visit the AT&T Customer Center and click on First Time User in the login box to the left of the page. Then follow the simple steps to set up your online account.

Will I receive a paper bill when I sign up for AT&T Online Billing?

No. Instead, all AT&T services linked to your AT&T residential phone service account will appear on your printable online bill. You'll have a choice of convenient payment options.:

  • If you select Automatic Bill Payment, your charges will automatically be debited to your checking account or charged to your credit card.
  • If you select AT&T View-N-Pay®, you will get e-mail notification each month to visit the AT&T Customer Center where you can pay your bill with a click.

How do I change the greeting I get when I log in to the AT&T Customer Center?

We want you to feel welcome when you log in to the Customer Center. To change your custom greeting, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Then type your new greeting over your old one in the box next to Current Greeting. When you are finished, click Submit to complete the change.

How do I notify AT&T that I am moving?

It's easy. Visit the AT&T Move Center to enter information about your move. Be sure to have your new address information handy.

How do I change the page I go to when I log in to the AT&T Customer Center?

To change the page you are taken to after you log in, select Your Account Settings from the top navigation. Then, under Preferences, you can select Your Account Summary or View Bill as your new welcome page. When you are finished, click Submit to complete the change. The next time you log in to the Customer Center, you will be taken to the selected page.
