HOW TO SET YOUR BROWSER TO ACCEPT COOKIES

It's easy to reset your browser options or preferences to accept cookies. Click on your browser type below for step-by-step instructions. After you are finished, log in to the Customer Center again.

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
  1. Click "Tools" on the Menu bar.
  2. Choose "Internet Options" from the Tools menu. The "Internet Options" dialog box will open.
  3. Select the "Privacy" tab, move the slider, and select the "Medium High" privacy setting.
  4. Click "Apply".
  5. Click "OK".
  6. Log in to the AT&T Customer Center again.

Netscape 7
  1. Select “Preferences” from the Edit menu (or the Netscape on Macintosh OSX).
  2. Double-click “Privacy & Security”.
  3. Select “Cookies”.
  4. Check “Enable cookies based on privacy settings”.
  5. Click the "View" button.
  6. Check the “High” setting.
  7. Click "OK".
  8. Click "OK" again.
  9. Log in to the AT&T Customer Center again.

Netscape 6
  1. Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
  2. Double-click "Privacy & Security".
  3. Select "Cookies".
  4. Check "Enable all Cookies".
  5. Log in to the AT&T Customer Center again.
